Talca., con la asistencia de 9 jóvenes provenientes de distintos sectores de la ciudad de Talca se llevo a cabo el focus groups (grupo Focalizado) iniciativa llevada a cabo por dos alumnos de la carrera de psicología de universidad de Talca, que realizan su practica en dependencias de la dirección regional del INJUV-SÉPTIMA REGIÓN.
En la ocasión los 9 jóvenes asistentes a dicha actividad, dialogaron sobre el liderazgo femenino en chile, además de responder a la serie de preguntas preparadas por los moderadores de la actividad, las cuales nacen de la estadística obtenida tras la aplicación de la encuesta de liderazgo femenino, la cual tenia como objetivo recoger opiniones de la población joven femenina respecto al liderazgo en las mujeres.
Los 9 jóvenes reunidos en dependencias de la dirección regional del INJUV dialogaron respecto al tema por casi 3 horas, respondiendo preguntas como ¿las mujeres líderes nacen o se hacen? ¿Qué rasgos o características diferencian a las mujeres líderes de los hombres líderes?
Estas y otras preguntas al ser contestadas y analizadas por los asistentes, reflejaron como dato, la impresión de estos jóvenes hacia la identificación de un referente del liderazgo femenino, el cual se ve reflejado para los asistentes en nuestra presidenta “señora Michel Bachelet Jeria” dato no menor, considerando la visión de los jóvenes respecto a la política y las personas que la conforman.
Esta Iniciativa llevada a cabo por alumnos de la carrera de Psicología de la universidad de Talca, que realizan su práctica en dependencias de la dirección regional del INJUV, nace como una necesidad de la institución (INJUV-SEPTIMA REGION) de obtener datos referentes al liderazgo juvenil.
Al consultar a los organizadores, los por menores de la actividad, manifiestan “ esta actividad fue pensada para un máximo de 12 personas, logramos que asistieran en total 9, superando de esta forma el tope mínimo para este tipo de actividades, lo cual nos deja con mucho animo para seguir pesquisando los pensamientos de nuestra comunidad joven, maulina”.
